Antwerp local initiative

Room for improvement. Literally.

Music students need hours of focused practice. Student housing rarely allows that. Some neighbours have a spare room, or even a piano, waiting to be played. Room for Improvement connects both. No money. Just practice time, music, and kindness.

1. Neighbours open their doors

If you live near the Conservatory and have a room or a piano, you can offer practice time.

2. Students look for a space

Students browse available rooms and filter by instrument, day, or piano availability.

3. We make the connection

We verify our students, then connect both sides. No payments, just mutual respect.

Offer your room. Help musicians grow.

Your room or piano could mean real study time for a young musician. Fill this in and we'll review it before putting it online.

"I'm so grateful I could play at Evert V.'s house a couple of times. My student housing didn't allow me to make music because of the neighbours. Having a proper space to practice made all the difference."

"We had Omer over for four years. He played our piano in the living room. We loved having music in the house and got tickets for several of his concerts. It was wonderful time."
