Room for improvement. Literally.

Music students need hours of focused practice. Student housing rarely allows that. Some people have a spare room, or even a piano, waiting to be played. Room for Improvement connects both. No money. Just practice time, music, and kindness.

How it works

1. Neighbours open their doors

If you have a spare room, you can offer practice time to music students of the Conservatory.

2. Students look for a space

Students browse available rooms and filter by instrument, day, or piano availability.

3. We make the connection

We verify both parties, then connect both sides. No payments, just respect and love for music.

What musicians and neighbours say

Real experiences from musicians and neighbours who've connected through Room for Improvement.

"I'm so grateful I could play at Evert V.'s house a couple of times. My student housing didn't allow me to make music because of the neighbours. Having a proper space to practice made all the difference."

"We had Omer over for four years. He played our piano in the living room. We loved having music in the house and got tickets for several of his concerts. It was wonderful time."
